Refund policy

All our products are digital content. When buying you agree to receive it immediately, so returns are not accepted once the download has started.

Faulty files

If a file is damaged, incomplete or won't open, write to support@elcap.shop with your order number within 30 days. We'll send you a working file and, if we can't fix it, refund you.

Duplicate or unrecognised charges

If you see a duplicate or unrecognised charge, write to us before contacting your bank: we'll check it and, where appropriate, refund it within 14 days.
